I noticed that the encoders are loaded each time I go to the demo.

can we support local caching ?

hi, I don't know since it's just a demo: in particular it only supports greedy search and audio files are truncated to 30 seconds, which is the limit of Whisper's encoder. Also the bigger Whisper models are not supported. I will try to think of a way to explicitly support IndexedDB, i.e. by "explicitly" I mean asking the user explicitly before writing anything to IndexedDB. Vito
