Add in support for checking for reference to Direct IP or FQDNs

It is likely that reference to specific IPs and FQDNs in an app will not work when deployed to CF, and it isn't very 12-Factor to embed that type of info into an app. We should mark those items for refactoring.

FQDNs seem more reasonable than Direct IPs, as they could be an artifact of a DNS-based service discovery tool.

Direct IPs probably aren't defensible though :).

Agreed. So perhaps we mark use of FQDNs with a low or zero refactor, and Direct IPs with a higher refactor rating.

Challenge with FQDNs could be connectivity. Most customers I've worked with have a "canIConnect" app deployed just to test if there are the appropriate firewall rules.
