spawn_agent spawn by subagents do not show on OpenCode / cannot be monitored

Description

First: Really nice tool - enjoying quite a bit !
When a subagent spawn another subagent, the activities become "invisible"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a task that can be implemented by multiple subagents
2. Excecutor subagent will start additional subagents but all sub activities become hidden/impossible to check

Expected Behavior

What you expected to happen: All sub agent should be visible in the subagent view of opencode

Actual Behavior

Environment

• Package version: OpenCode 1.14.39 / macOS
• OS: MacOS X 26.4.1
• Model: Kimi 2.6 (kimi-for-coder)

Additional Context

4th subagent triggers more - but non visible ( but they are working)
