Suggest Edits (GitHub) leads to 404 on known issue pages

Describe the bug

The Suggest Edits (GitHub) button leads to a URL that tries to find the KI content in the help-center-content repository, so it leads to 404. Example: https://github.com/vtexdocs/help-center-content/edit/main/docs/en/known-issues/Intelligent%20Search/products-with-price-zero-shown-as-unavailable-at-intelligent-search.md

The URL needs to be adapted to find the file in the known-issues repository instead.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to a KI page like https://help.vtex.com/en/known-issues/products-with-price-zero-shown-as-unavailable-at-intelligent-search.
2. Click on 'Suggest Edits (GitHub)'.
