As discussed during the WG call of March 2nd, 2026 we want to provide an overview of Link relations in the LWS protocol and whether they are (typically) client or server managed.

I see it also falling under ongoing #165 and #167 discussion.
Or server/client managed should be and aspect that both PRs should address.
