Hedral Issue 2

Hedral reappears as the last example in section 4. While the example is intended to demonstrate local words vs. global identifiers, both "desc" and "img" appear to be local words, yet they are shown as URL's, with no explanation where the http://myvocab.example.org/animals/ base came from

Never mind -- upon reading further I found this:
Append the substring of the value from the beginning to the last SOLIDUS U+002F ("/") to potential values -- unexpected behavior, but at least it makes sense. That said, how does this example represent "local words"?
