Vista logon screen does not always show enabled user accounts when using the 'control_accounts' setting in this script #1

Description

@GoogleCodeExporter
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Wait for vista to boot up and logon screen to appear.
2. Insert the correct key.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Any enabled user account will not show up on the logon screen as the logon
screen does not refresh. The logon screen can be refreshed by putting the
computer to sleep or waiting for the screensaver to start and then moving
the mouse, after which the enabled account is displayed correctly. A better
way of refreshing the logon screen is required.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

If you use the default graphical logon screen in vista and enable the
_control_accounts_ setting in this script, the account may not appear on
the logon screen if the account is enabled after the logon screen is
displayed. You may have to put the computer to sleep and get it back up for
the account to be shown.
