This is a resubmission to correct things ask by CRAN team. In this version I have:

• Fix statcan_search function and remove top level code so internet connection is not needed to install the package

• Fix the version to a serious number from 0.2.3.9000 to 0.2.3 and corrected invalid url from readme.md
