I've noticed WARP generates reconstructions (and denoised tomograms) with an unknown data type mrc. This is usually fine for most programs, but certain programs have problems reading the mrc and need to have it converted first (e.g. newstack -mode 2). It'd be convenient if the reconstructions already were floating or integer type, therefore preventing any possible problems with other software.
