Else, looking at Taiwan it is all just white.

So we conclude that nothing is there.

But it turns out the data had not fully loaded yet.

Alas, that fact is hidden from the user.

The user cannot tell if they should wait no longer, as that is all they are going to see, or if patience is really going to be a virtue after all.
