We noticed that when entering <call> <class> <section>, sometimes the program would not allow backing up and changing these while entering a contact. The expected behavior would be that any part of a contact could be changed/edited until the contact was entered by pressing return.

There is no arrow keys or mouse support. We can not copy or paste either. So these issues are related to this.

Keep in mind that after the space key is pressed the dupe is checked. If a dupe, the call is erased, if not, the call remains for more information. Also if you just type the suffix and space, it will check for all calls with that suffix.

The copy/paste functionality is most requested for those using digital modes.

Also the code you used was our untested beta.. not the stable release in my release section. We are working on adding winter field day in the beta release which has different exchanges. It could be broken.
