Editor and Preview are not the same as actual page (and CSS rendering issue)

Editor and Preview show different elements/animations than published page.

The editor does not render the proper styling on the Contact us button in screenshot. The Preview mode inherits the issue. If you scroll down in Preview mode, it changes from the underline to the rounded button, which I believe might be the intended behavior. However, in the live version, the button gets stuck and doesn't disappear when you scroll up to the top of the page, if you start scrolling from too far down the page.

This error started out looking like one thing and quickly progressed to looking like a CSS animation issue. Maybe the demo site is coded incorrectly.

@AMDphreak, thanks for raising this!
I’ve reviewed the issue, but there’s no active work planned in this area at the moment.
The issue will remain in the backlog for the future review.

If priorities change, I’ll post an update here.
