More navigator multiselect actions

@kof i realized when I was working this morning. It would be nice to also be able to move the selected layers all at once.

Scenario: I have 4 cards that I want to animate. I can easily add the animation group, select all cards, and move it inside the group by either dragging or better using the new shortcut to nest elements.
