`add_polymorphic_triggers` present twice in schema.rb

Greetings,

It's the second time I notice it; after running a migration where I add_polymorphic_constraints, when looking at the very bottom of schema.rb I notice add_polymorphic_triggers line is present twice.

Do you guys have the same in your projects?
