debian install - some errors - c language

hello, make install doesnt copy the include files into the /usr/local/include folder.

Also, all my libraries are in /usr/lib/. Only Skein3fish lives in lib64. I had to update my ldconfig.

I'll check the install stuff for the include files.

Ahhhhh - Debian uses a directory structure that's not compatible with most other major
distributions. I need to build in a specific check for Debian to use .../lib/ and not .../lib64/.
