Add support for Stella of The End Switch Edition

Hey, would you be willing to add support for Stella of The End Switch Edition?

Tsui no Stella’s executable doesn’t have an opcode list (probably removed during optimization). No game updates, and both digital and physical versions are the same, so there’s no way to get the list.
Another VisualArts/Key game, Kanon, came out the same day on Switch. That one has an opcode list, but it’s clearly different from Tsui no Stella.

I tried opcode lists from other games, and something seems to work. Script can decompile and recompile fine, but some instruction names might be off. Shouldn’t be a big deal: the game’s pretty simple and doesn’t use many engine features.
It works, but it might be a bit unreliable, so I won't do PR. Tested on version 1.0 (titile_id: 01007200201c8000)
