[BUG] error when re-launching VHA from .lnk file while VHA is open

Open VHA, then double-click a .lnk file that opens VHA and you'll get an error:

File not found:

--source-shortcut=C:\lol\hi\vha.lnk

Would be nice for this to not show an error maybe
