WikipediaSpider: Crawl versions of articles in other languages

• Start with the English version of the Wikipedia article (provided in the arguments)
• Locate the section with links to the article in other languages
• Crawl and scrape the external links from each translated version of the article
• The same Wikipedia article is often quite different between different language versions of Wikipedia, and different versions may have different external links - see for example this article in English, Spanish, and French:
