fatal error in launcher: unable to create process using ' " '

Hello !

I'm trying to run your script from a windows server vps. I start running it with python 2.7 but when I try to do the pip command i have the message in the title :

fatal error in launcher: unable to create process using ' " '

Do you have any idea why ?

It's resolved i have downloaded the wrong 2.7 library ... my bad

I took the last version here https://www.python.org/downloads/windows/ and took this one Python 2.7.13 - 2016-12-17

Is it possible to know which version you are using ? i'm having issue with TwilioRestClient :

ImportError: cannot import name TwilioRestClient

Do you think it's because there is a new version of Twilio library .
(I had not error installing all requirements, and I configure correctly the user.cfg)

the error you getting is the same as in issue #23.

I think I found why :
we have to replace the wrong line by this :

from twilio.rest import Client

Now i have other issue with SMS . I do not need SMS so i'm trying to delete it from the script.
