For some reason, the name of the player who joined the game is not visible.

Did you set up STEAM_API_KEY correctly?

In my case, everything seems to be working fine. Maybe there was an error during installation?

Yes, everything is set up correctly. I’ve used this plugin and the web panel before, and it worked fine:

I also tried installing everything again on a clean database, but the issue still persists.

Is the name taken from this database sa_players_ips?

No, it retrieves the list of players from the Steam API. Are you getting any errors in the console? You can try running the project in debug mode.

This is how it appears in the logs. I also tried running fabricio-191/valve-server-query separately and sending a request it still doesn’t return the player name. So it’s not related to this plugin. I also tested other similar third-party plugins, and the issue persists.

Do you know how this can be fixed?
