ADG902 doesn't need DC blocking cap

Assuming PDF'ed schems are aligned with Altium source (I reviewed PDFs): The ADG902 has a DC blocking cap which datasheet tells us is unnecessary. Justify, or remove for lowest insertion loss / maximum contrast.
