Firmware Update Error

I have an MyAhrs+ with fw version 1.6 i would like to upgrade to 1.7, i open the monito, i connect the unit and all works, i press disconnect button and start firmware update, select bin file press donwload and the after waiting the software says cannot fine any sensor in your system.
