Pin Lock for the Android app

Up until recently the android app had had the ability to add a secondary pin lock to guard against access to the WordPress app. This has been removed currently and we have seen a lot of people requesting the feature be returned to the app.

I wanted to create this issue really quick so to track those requests, and accumulate information about the feature.

Unfortunately, in the current version, the setup of the pin lock was turned off. Good for my purposes.

Unbelievable: Now without PIN lock!

Where is the pin lock going? If it is reinstalled, there are also the 5 stars. But unfortunately not

Noting for reference that this is the PR where the PIN Lock feature was removed: #8236

And want to note for reference here (as described in the PR) that there was a security issue in the PasscodeLock library that this feature was based on, so removing it resolved a security issue in the app.
