Release v1.09 before January 1, 2013. #13
Description
The current version (1.08) includes holiday data through the end of 2012. BART
announced the 2013 holiday schedule (http://www.bart.gov/guide/holidays.aspx),
and I've added the data in r54.
To provide up-to-date information, we should release the new version before the
first holiday our current version is missing, namely January 1, 2013.
