Leadin plugin not downloadable via composer

When attempting to install/update the leadin plugin via composer, we are getting an error that the zip file does not exist.

"wpackagist-plugin/leadin":"11.2.9"
or
"wpackagist-plugin/leadin":"*"

Both lead to the following error
Failed to download wpackagist-plugin/leadin from dist: The "https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/leadin.11.2.9.zip" file could not be downloaded (HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found)

I believe the URL for the file should be
https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/leadin.zip

Same issue here. Any ETA on a resolution or is this more on the .org side? Perhaps a missing file or mismatched data coming from their end?

@sc-mneidlinger @dswebsme For your information: I asked a question in the #pluginreview channel on the Making WordPress Slack and the problem is now solved, they rebuild the ZIP file.
