Add the ability to add cities by range

It would be a really nice quality of life feature if you could use
/filter add city CITY_NAME RADIUS_IN_KM where the radius is used to automatically decide which cities should be included in the filter.

Would it be possible to filter by postal codes, rather than cities? Maybe that's easier than doing this range in km.

Sorry, for some reason I never replied to this issue!

The reason I haven't worked on the first option is that this is quite complex: either you need coordinates for every home (so every website has to list that somewhere) or you need a reliable source for mapping an address to coordinates. The former is not true and the latter is a lot of work to maintain, especially as new addresses get created all the time. There's probably a paid service that provides this but that's out of budget for Hestia.

The postal code seems like a good option but also requires either all websites to list it (they don't) and even if they do, it's another parameter to scrape so another item that can break a parser. Otherwise it'll require a reliable database to map an address to a postal code.

If there's good options for one of these, I'd love to hear about them!

You should be able to use the BAG API. From what I can see that's supposed to be free. (Although I haven't fully verified the licenses) https://apis.developer.overheid.nl/apis/kadaster-bag-individual

Does look like there's some limits to the API requests. But it's quite a large number and you'd only really need this upon initialization of Hestia. So it shouldn't really be an issue. Alternative, you can make it so users can provide their own BAG api key.
