Configuration

Following elements need to be configured in the APMT:
- [ ] instances configuration; each instance has following properties:
    - name (identification & logging purposes)
    - URL
    - admin user with their own:
        - username
        - password
- [ ] users configuration; each user has following properties:
    - login
    - password
    - list of groups they belong to
- [ ] URLs
