Let's bring in the fW functions from the testbed implementation of MIMICS into this code base - [ ] Hard code fW in parameter file & evaluate response - [ ] Play with soil moisture data from observations to calculate fW, CASA function may be easier - [ ] Try connecting soil moisture and precip. data, where they are co-located. For multiple points we may need to use precip to generate fW estimates across watersheds.
