Have you tested if the model can be trained to infer DNase-seq signal from ATAC-seq?

Hi Chang,

I haven't specifically trained the model to infer DNase-seq signal from ATAC-seq. However, I have trained the model separately using DNase-seq and ATAC-seq data. It is possible to adapt the model for this task by adding an head to predict DNase-seq data from ATAC-seq.
