Lense pictures are misaligned

Not sure what the technical words to use are but,

Left and right pictures on the oculus rift are now misaligned on the new dev build, as in in the headset, double vision sits in due to it.

On the desktop, the left screen is bigger then the right one

Which build did you use?
Or did this happen after a oculus update?

This was using the newest binaries files releases on the VR Touch branch.
