Is SignaturePad something that can meet legal requirements of the E-SIGN act? #172
Description
I would like to understand whether or not SignaturePad can be used to gather legally valid signatures (e.g. for a medical HIPAA release form).
Does it take into consideration any compliance issues with UETA or the ESIGN Act as described here?
