Header/mode line is not clickable

The header and mode line have entries for the current model and current mode, but these aren't clickable to change them, and help-echo doesn't include keybinding information.

In the words of one of my users:

• The modeline has some entries about the current model, mode, usage, etc, and these have some helpful echo text. The status header line has this information but no echo text. It would be nice if (a) both copies had the echo text, (b) there was an appropriate clicking behaviour to change the option, and/or (c) the help text told you the keybinding to change the option
• it would also be nice if there were dedicated faces for the different sections of the modeline/status line (even if they just inherit from font-lock-{constant,variable-name,type}-face, warning, success, error)

Yep. This is doable. Just a heads-up, that while we can add targetted clicking events to text header (agent-shell-header-style 'text), we won't be able to do so for 'graphical due to the fact that the entire header is seen as a single character to Emacs.

That's fine with me, I use the text header-style (it performs much better over X forwarding which users at my site universally use)

a60a3b9 introduces improvements in the space. Main and most relevant, clickable menus for header and mode line. Heads up, when agent-shell-header-style is 'text, mode line details are no longer displayed (it was duplicating all details from the header). To get the mode line details, agent-shell-header-style must be either 'none or nil.

That looks awesome! Could the help-echo text also mention the keybindings for changing these things? That would just be a little discoverability benefit for people who prefer to use the keybindings.
