Change save directory from .exp to .xlab, and replace flag substrings 'exp' by 'x'

Reduce the use of term 'exp' on the code because we could use instead terms related to xLab. For that reason:

• Replace .exp directory by .xlab
• Replace --exp-... flags by --x-...
