xraycli: add support for `-f rows`

[grishaf]

-f rows - will output

> xraycli -f rows /test-app/itable  
-------------------- 
a:  1                
c:  3                
b:  2      
---------------------
a:  1                
c:  3                
b:  2      

and will replace -f itable
can print row_index if pk not exists

xraycli will automatically print with -f rows tables that not fit to screen
