All programs were compiled with gcc/g++ using '-O3 -fomit-frame-pointer -DNDEBUG' optimization options. The times are the average of five runs, in seconds, and were measured using the standard Unix/Cygwin 'time' command. (user + system) The spaces were measured using the 'memusage' command.
