coveralls.io code coverage report is flaky

Since moving to parallel build in coveralls, we are seeing duplicate files in build like the following issue:

lemurheavy/coveralls-public#1359

Going to remove 'after_sucess' in .travis.yml and use the parallel webhook exclusively
