Shadow window is highlighted when using Snipping Tool #2

To Reproduce
If you are using WindowShadow and will try to capture screenshot using Snipping Tool's "Window snip", you will see that there is two windows are being highlighted. One is the application window, another is the one used for shadow.
Expected behavior
Is it possible to exclude shadow window from Snipping Tool highlight behavior?
