Prevent cancel

It should be possible to make a prompt required. Even when adding validators, pressing esc or ctrl+c will skip over the prompt. It should be possible to disable this cancel functionality, and let ctrl+c actually sigterm instead of skipping the prompt.

Unfortunately I’ve been in that situation before, too. If you’re still looking for a workaround, here’s what I did (no idea if it’s ideal, but it works 😅):
