Add option for saving highscores

Implement a top-10/highscore functionality such that a user can locally store and update their best scores.

Example:

TOP-10

1. User-1 .................... 10000 Pts
2. User-2 .................... 8000 Pts
3. User.3 ..................... 1500 Pts
   etc.
