UI: Increase font sizes on Fenix 7 Pro; consider Data Field variant

Request:

• Improve readability by increasing font sizes on Fenix 7 Pro.
• Evaluate feasibility of offering Affect as a Connect IQ Data Field (in addition to the widget).

Acceptance ideas:

• Font sizing scales appropriately on Fenix 7 Pro (and doesn’t regress other devices).
• If Data Field is pursued, decide which metrics to display (e.g., state label, arousal, valence, HR, RMSSD) and create a minimal prototype plan.
