Currently, api requests run through main use, but with individual applications
Must create subuser

Also must pass REST calls via proxy that fill in account details, for requests to work
Also must proxy all TwiML requests to prevent incorrect outgoing numbers and throttle requests
Must also regular call durations

Also, when requesting Token from InitMe_App, the requests from sandboxed app are not validated so anybody can request a token if project is loaded in memory
