Follow cannot work on Mac

Follow can not work on distributions other than Linux.
The tool that we use for watching files inotify in follow are built in to linux kernel and are not available on other distributions like Mac etc.

Inotify (inode notify) is a Linux kernel subsystem that acts to extend filesystems to notice changes to the filesystem,

grunt karma can do similar stuff, but it uses user focus to rerun tests.
