Bootstrapping

Hello, I'm very interested in using ScisTree for my analysis. Is there a simple way to provide confidence such as bootstrapping values to the output tree? Thank you!

Good question. At present, ScisTree doesn't support bootstrapping values. This is something I need to think about. ScisTree is based on a simple probabilistic model. It is different from traditional phylogenetic analysis.

BTW, I would recommend to try ScisTree2: https://github.com/yufengwudcs/ScisTree2. My test shows it is much faster and also more accurate.
