Add feature-request and support-request template generation

Summary

Expand the generator beyond bug reports by adding feature-request and support-request templates.

Why

Maintainers usually need more than one intake path. A support-specific template and a clearer feature-request flow would make the tool more useful across real repositories.

Done when

• generator supports multiple template types
• docs explain when to use each one
• example outputs cover at least one non-bug flow

Good call — this is the natural next step. Plan:

1. Add a template type selector (bug, feature-request, support-request) to the generator form
2. Each type gets its own field schema and output format
3. Feature requests will include user story format and priority fields
4. Support requests will include environment info, urgency level, and expected behavior

Will update the example outputs and docs as part of this.
