Heads up re: Ruler dev-develop branch compatibility

Hi there!

Ruler's got an upcoming release that's pretty substantial. It adds a ton of features, and is even almost completely backwards compatible. I checked it out with ZFRuler, and it looks like the whole test suite passes except for one assertion. I think that's pretty great :)
