Need a bug report mode

When someone files a bug that's hard to reproduce, it would be nice if there was a mode that would gather a set of useful details, such as

- `pyonepassword` version
- `op` version
- os/platform & version
- all `op` commands and CLI args executed
...and so forth

Then there could be a way to have the user enable this mode and have it generate JSON or similar for upload.
