Can't auto build on save

I'm following the config options of the readme and it doesn't work.

If there is a syntax error, it won't be able to compile. I'm having the same issue, but it does auto-build when there are no syntax errors.

The auto save does not work for me. And i was not able to find out why.
Are there any logs i can provide?

But i am using this workaround:

I have this .zed/settings.json
{ "lsp": { "tinymist": { "initialization_options": { "preview": { "background": { "enabled": true, }, }, }, }, }, }

in a browser open http://localhost:23635/ which then shows a live (on-type) preview.

Apparently project-specific settings file is not supported (./.zed/settings.json). Must be global setting.
