Rate Limit hits on GitHub request #40

@IamSanjid

Description

@IamSanjid

from extension "Zig" version 0.4.2: status error 403, response: "{\"message\":\"API rate limit exceeded for 103.107.240.5. (But here's the good news: Authenticated requests get a higher rate limit. Check out the documentation for more details.)\",\"documentation_url\":\"https://docs.github.com/rest/overview/resources-in-the-rest-api#rate-limiting\"}\n"

Do we need to check for new updates every single time? Maybe we should cache it, or use some sort of way to use Zed's github login token?
