Localisation missing

The human-readable names for the rights statements are still hardcoded albeit there is at least a german locale like in https://rightsstatements.org/page/InC-EDU/1.0/?language=de

The module can handle this by either allowing Transifex-style contributed translations, or if RightsStatements themselves make some translations available I could probably use those somehow.

The images themselves don't seem to be translated, though, even though they're mostly text.
