ZMK init not working

When i run ZMK init is get a left arrow,[,6, and an ‘n’ I don’t think this is supposed to happen. Please help.

Are you on Windows? If so, are you using Windows Terminal as instructed at the start of https://zmk.dev/docs/zmk-cli?

I believe clean installs of Windows 11 now have Windows Terminal preinstalled and set as the default terminal, but if you're running an older version or installed prior to that change, it will default to the Windows Console Host, which is missing a bunch of features. I have a change I need to clean up and get added which will detect this and disable some features that ZMK CLI currently tries to use, which will make this not break at the cost of not being as nice to use.
